Counselling and Therapy

What does counselling involve?

I provide a supportive and non judgemental space to explore any issues that are troubling you.

Having space to to talk things through with an experienced and compassionate professional can be an important part of working though life issues that feel stuck, confusing or painful.

I offer both short and long term therapy to adults of all genders and  to help people find a deeper sense of authenticity, balance and resilience.

I work from a integrative and person centred relational perspective, which means that I believe that the most powerful and long lasting change comes from finding our own wisdom and answers, especially in the context of a safe and reliable relationship. As the counsellor, I use my professional knowledge and experience to guide and facilitate the sessions, but ultimately we work as a team so you can find your way through the aspects of your self and life that need tending to.

Undertaking counselling can sometimes feel daunting but I will help you to feel as comfortable as possible so you can explore whatever you need to in your sessions.

You can see my fees and availability at the bottom of this page.
